Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time has been set aside especially for you. I understand that life gets in the way sometimes and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and that’s absolutely ok. I have a cancellation list of people that would love to fill your spot, but we do need as much notice as possible. As such, any cancellation or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice or more will not incur a fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice a cancellation fee of $25 applies, unless you can find someone else to take your place. If you do not attend your appointment and don’t call to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged to your nominated card. I respect and value your time, I’d very much appreciate the same in return.
